Ann Coleman is trained in body-based, or mind/body, psychotherapy called Bioenergetic Analysis. She does not work with any one piece of a person, single incident, or symptom of a diagnosis. She sees the whole person, within the context of their past and present life, and target the root cause of the “dis-ease” they are experiencing. She understands how energy is exchanged between people and use the unique energy field we create in relationship to facilitate change. She believes therapy is about finding choice, control, safe connection, and a grounded sense of your Self. The key to peace and joy lies in Self acceptance, Self expression, and Self posession. To fully possess our Self we know & integrate our bodily experiences of our head, heart, gut, and pelvis.
