Edward Rosick, DO, MPH, DABIHM, is a physician and writer living in Michigan who is committed to helping all people–old and young, women and men–obtain optimal health and wellness which truly is the basis for a joyful life. He has had over 200 articles, book chapters, and monographs published on a variety of health and medical issues, and has been blessed to have been able to give talks around the world on preventive and holistic medicine.
His philosophy in both his medical practice and publications is simple and common-sense, yet grounded in cutting edge science: through a well-balanced diet, the appropriate supplements, a regular exercise regime and some type of stress reduction (be it meditation, prayer, yoga, etc.) the vast majority of chronic diseases which are the top killers in the western world today–Alzheimer’s, cancer, heart disease, strokes, and type 2 diabetes–can be prevented, allowing people to live long, healthy, productive and happy lives. When he’s not writing or taking care of patients, Dr. Rosick loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoy the beauty and wonders of the outdoors with his two labrador retrievers.
