Barton C. Rachwal graduated Magna Cum Laude from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University where he served as a managing editor for the Law Review on a full ride academic scholarship. Mr. Rachwal began his practice as an insurance defense attorney in private practice in a 19 attorney firm where he learned how to successfully defend claims brought against insurance companies and individuals. After working as a defense attorney for a number of years, Mr. Rachwal opened his own Plaintiff litigation law firm at which time he began to exclusively represent injured parties in claims against insurance companies and individuals. This practical experience makes Mr. Rachwal an extremely effective advocate for his clients. Put another way, he has the unique experience of having been on “both sides of the fence”. Because of this experience, he is able to more successfully represent injured individuals against insurance companies.
Mr. Rachwal is an expert in No-Fault automobile claims and lawsuits. He has handled thousands of claims successfully. He is considered one of the leading experts in the field of No Fault automobile personal protection insurance (PIP) claims and 3rdparty automobile negligence claims (claims for pain and suffering). He is also one of the leaders in collecting unpaid medical bills on behalf of medical providers against no fault automobile insurance companies.
